Do you offer discounts?
Yes - we offer discounts for hospital employees, teachers, military, firefighters, and police.
I want to join with a friend or with my family - do you have special rates for us?
Yes - we offer family plans for three or more people and couples rates for couples or friends who join together!
Do you require an on-ramp to start?
No - we don't require an on ramp. We are happy to meet with you after your first few classes to teach you movements that you aren't comfortable with.

Book a semi-sweat intro to meet with a coach, discuss your goals, and learn about our classes.
Do you offer student rates?
Yes - we have student rates.

We are across from Clemson Brothers in downtown Middletown on Railroad Avenue.
